All levels receive an online plan-tracking tool in Google Sheets that monitors outputs and outcomes and
ensures you measure progress toward desired results. In addition, an Alla Breve concierge will host virtual check-in meetings every three weeks to receive updates from your team, provide guidance, and maintain momentum.

For All Levels, SPICE clients are invited to attend NEW weekly community calls! These one-hour drop-in calls are open to anyone in the district and will ensure your team can turn measurement into momentum. Data, assessment, and evaluation tips will be shared each week, and questions will be answered in these lively group coaching sessions.

At the Standard and Premium Levels,
Dr. Alioto will facilitate quarterly team
check-ins to ensure progress toward key performance indicators. Check-ins will
occur with either the District Leadership
Team, Shared Decision Making Team,
or Strategic Planning Committee, and
typically last 2 hours.

At the Premium Level, the Alla Breve team
will facilitate a full-day summer retreat
at your institution’s location (or within a
30-mile radius). During the retreat, your
team will assess progress from the
prior school year, refine action plans to
align with next level outcomes, and
determine the key performance indicators
for the next school year.
